Each year we induct new members into this elite club. In addition to attending a special MDC member dinner held on Friday night at the convention, inductees are awarded their plaques at the Saturday night event.

Proposed members must have transacted one of the following categories:

• $1 million in real estate notes, business notes, mobile home notes, purchase of real estate commissions, and lawsuit financing or other collateral-based instruments or a combination of collateral-based instruments

• $2.5 million in structured settlements, viatical settlements, or other government or insurance-based instruments

• $5 million in accounts receivable, retail installment contracts; delinquent commercial, consumer, or credit card debt; lotteries, other business or consumer-based instruments, and any combination of income streams or originations

• $25 million in venture capital or commercial lending transactions
