This program is designed to give new Cash Flow Consultants the option of working with a more experienced professional to gain valuable transaction experience while earning income. By co-consulting on your first deals with the help of an experienced industry expert, you can learn real-world tips and techniques as you make money. Plus, you'll be working side-by-side with a confident professional, thereby greatly relieving the intimidation of working through your first deals.
Whether you choose to work with a Master Consultant or to work directly with funding sources, your income can grow substantially in the cash flow industry. In fact, as you grow in your success, you may become a Master Consultant yourself.
What does it take?
Only those Cash Flow Consultants exhibiting the highest level of expertise are awarded the ACFA designation of Master Consultant. Those designated have developed through experience the skills required to operate in the top 1 percent of their profession. Master Consultants assist the new Cash Flow Consultant by:
- Evaluating transactions to determine their viability.
- Negotiating with the seller in getting them to accept the offer and close the deal.
- Presenting the package to the appropriate funding source so that transactions close in a timely manner with minimal problems.
Because of their ability to structure and close transactions, they have been nominated by funding sources and industry peers to be considered for the designation of Master Consultant in their specific area of expertise within the cash flow industry. A Master Consultant may operate as a one-person office with outside support from attorneys and title companies or as a completely self-sufficient office with processors, underwriters, and closers. In every case, however, their offices function as an alternative to traditional funding sources and they are equipped to handle the workload.
